Annual Meeting of the Council and Annual Community (Parish) Meeting - Thursday 9th May 2013
The Annual Meeting of Great Ashby Community Council will take place in the new hall at Great Ashby Community Centre at 7:00pm on Thursday 9th May 2013. It will be followed at 8:15pm by the Annual Community (Parish) Meeting at which the guest speaker will be Inspector Daniel Lawrence.

Great Ashby was originally marketed as "The Place to Call Home" and our aim as a Community Council is to ensure Great Ashby is just that. The Council was originally elected in 2011 to represent the new parish of Great Ashby which covers the part of Great Ashby that lies within the North Hertfordshire District Council boundary. Parishes are not allowed to be split across district/borough boundaries which is why the parish only covers the North Herts area. However we are happy to listen to issues raised by other Great Ashby residents and will try to offer advice where we can.
